Most files can be downloaded by right-clicking on the link and selecting the option most similar to "Save Linked File" or "Download Linked File".

Podcasts/ Videocasts:
Podcasts are a series of mp3 files or videos (i.e. videocasts) that the author adds to an RSS feed. Programs like iTunes automatically update these files so that subscribers always have the latest podcast episodes.

On this site, subscribing to the podcast is a quick and easy way to get all of the site's videos into your iTunes and video iPod. Future episodes will not be added.
