All up and down Washington Avenue, life-size bronze statues adorn the sidewalks. They all have western themes, such as a lone buffalo or two children trying to climb up on a horse. Each statue has a plaque with a title and artist named on it, but I did not note the information on each sculpture.
Through my various visits to town I began to feel a bit acquainted with some of the statues that I walked past more frequently. Each statue is extremely detailed and realistic-looking, so I thought they were worth photographing and noting here with multiple pages that show
off the photographs even though I have no more text for them.
The buffalo statue pictured here is located in front of the Buffalo Rose bar.
